2019 Summer Strength Program
Our Summer Strength Program is available to all High School and Middle School athletes that finished the season on any one of our GBB teams. All programming is provided by Mona Shores Athletic Trainer, Mike Shuster. It will run from June 17 until August 1 from 8:30-9:30AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with the week of the 4th of July off. Click Here to view the complete calendar.
