2022 Summer Strength Program
Our Summer Strength Program is available to all High School and Middle School athletes that finished the season on any one of our GBB teams. All programming is provided by Mona Shores Athletic Trainer, Dan Schroeder. It will run from June 13 until July 28 from 9:00-10:30AM Monday, Wednesday & Thursday with the week of the 4th of July off.
